Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 business days in major cities across the United Arab Emirates.
• Deliveries to the Western Region may take up to 7 day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an extra day. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free shipping on orders above AED 200.
• We offer a flat shipping rate per order. You can order multiple products in one shipment at the same rate.

🚫 Free shipping is not available on specific brands or promotional products.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Tracking details will be active within 12 hours.

Damages & Missing Items Return & Refund Policy

• Just Add Herbs takes full responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately to file a claim. You may receive either:
  • A full refund 5-7 days.
  • A free replacement 2 days.

  • Free delivery on product replacements.

     

     

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

    Non-Refundable Items

    • Sale items, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-refundable.

    • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
